Class A shares are acquired shares held solely by the Chairman, Abdiwahab Haji Farah. They carry 10 votes per share, are not available for public sale, and include permanent long-term control provisions. Class B shares are the public investor shares — 50,000 shares at US$20 each — carrying 1 vote per share, equal dividend eligibility, and full rights as Rift Equity Holdings shareholders.
